Who Runs The Library

The Otepoti Dunedin Babywearing Library is an all-volunteer organization of people passionate about babywearing. We believe babywearing to be practical for parents and beneficial for babies.

The Library was initially started by the Dunedin Conscious Parenting group.  They meet every 2nd Wednesday of the month at The Hub. Anyone interested in Attachment Parenting is welcome along to this meeting.

What Are Our Goals?

  • Promote safe babywearing for all
  • Educate parents and caregivers on the latest best practices
  • Grow and support the Library so Dunedin parents and caregivers can try many types of carriers before investing in a purchase
